2-3 hours..

2-3 hours is how often I eat each day. Starting from the moment that I wake up I eat my breakfast within the first hour of being awake. This results in me eating like 5-6 meals a day.. yep! That's a lot of food! I went from eating once to twice a day to suddenly eating 5-6 meals a day and watched my body change into the figure that I now have.


What eat that often? Eating every 2-3 hrs will actually help keep your metabolism going strong and burning so there for you will lose more body fat! Isn't that the goal? The key is to also eat the proper foods for your body. High protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats are all the building blocks needed for your daily diet. Many people over do the healthy fats which can actually be harmful to your fat loss. Yes, of course you need your veggies to maintain your health.


Currently one of my favorite meals is plain white rice and buffalo flavored chicken breast bites. It's a simple meal with just enough kick. TELL ME WHAT IS YOUR HEALTHY GO TO MEAL?
